melonymelons -> Collarspace Profile Approval problem (old and new profiles) (1/1/2023 10:01:25 AM)

After using it for years, my profile suddenly lost its approval. Upon clicking on an email to reply to it, a pop up appears saying my profile needs approving before can send emails. It's effectively become a dead profile.
There was nothing controversial about my profile wording.
I've now put in hours to try and get a profile. Every single time I submit profile for approval it comes back refused with the comment "We were regrettably not able to approve this profile. Please refer to our terms of service for information on our community policies."
Some of the attempts are so basic I cant possibly be breaking any form of community policy.
Stuff tried so far :
Submit old profile for reapproval.
Changed wording of profile and resubmit.
Stripped down the wording to one line and resubmit.
Created brand new profiles and tried each of the above.
Done all the above with and without a new profile photo added for submission.
Tried doing the above with cookies turned off (needs cookies but was worth a try).
Done the above on normal internet connection and tried using a proxy site to hide location (in case the site was refusing certain jurisdictions).
When creating some of the new profiles I've used a brand new created email address in case the site doesnt like old ones.
Also used different browsers and with cookies cleared.
I'm now totally out of ideas but I see that brand new profiles are being created all the time by collarspace.
Can anyone help or provide advice as to what's happening please?
