Status: offline 		Well, the CDC didn't reverse anything she said. Someone at the CDC is just being cautious with their words but the reporter had to print something. It's more of your "story twisting a story twisted by you" nonsense MJ already called you on.

So even if there is a 90% less chance of infection for someone who has been properly vaccinated. Still pretty good odds. And Google is telling me 69.1% of the US is fully vaccinated, with 80.9% having at least one dose. So there is much less chance for me to get infected. I like it.

Are we losing patience here? This appears to be a bit of a personal attack, no?

What are we quibbling over? She said 90%, citing some study. The number might be significantly less.

Why do we constantly need to politicize the hell out of this? This is a brand new disease. The information is still coming in. The vaccines are not perfect.
Masks help, but are not a solution.

Why can't we just acknowledge that the actions our health leaders are taking are based on the best information they have at the time?
Instead of saying, "He/she said this or that, and therefore, he/she is part of an evil cabal designed to control us?"

Did Fauci and Walensky get a few things wrong? Sure. So did EVERYONE else.

2 things will continue to happen over time.

1. The information will get better and more accurate.
2. The vaccines will get better


Until then. WHy the *&!@*^ do we have this ridiculous thread? Stop the silly conspiracy theories. Recognize that the vaccines aren't perfect, and BTW, the vaccine could absolutely have contibuted to Damar Hamlin's heart issues. (And no one is evil for asking the question! ) Just stop the childish politization of this and we can have some intelligent conversation about this like we used to as a country.
