Lindsey Graham...
Yes Lindsey Graham... The poster child of Republican idiocy since 2003. He has said the stupidest things anyone could ever hear out of an elected official since 2003. The only one who could challenge his stupidity is possibly Ted Cruz (Degree from Princeton and a JD from Harvard Law School, and cannot even read and comprehend a 1 page memo from the Attorney General)
I digress... Lindsey Graham, after 21 years in the Senate, actually said something smart!

He is exactly right! I have been saying this since George Bush was President.
