Yeah.... But if you read the charges and the SOF/// Each separate count refers to an individual artifact of the same crime.

But to your point, count as separate crimes under New York law.

Art. 1 sec 3, the US Senate can vote [majority] to disqualify trump from running.

I read through Art 1 Section 3 and saw nothing about that. Can you quote the text?

That hasn't been suggested here, that I know of. But that may seem like a partisan attack, and it would have to be a majority before it even gets voted on, or it would be a nightmare.

The real problem is that this wouldn't even be considered unless Trump became the GOP nominee again, and by then it's too late to matter if it's done or not. We lose.

So if it gets proven beyond a reasonable doubt once, it's up to 34 Guilty verdicts. Granted, it is very early in the trial, so some may be thrown out. Maybe. Who knows.

1. It hasn't been suggested
2. I don't see that in Art 1 Sec 3 (maybe I missed it)
3. I think banning him from running would be a huge mistake
4. I remember a time, when the Access Hollywood tapes would be disqualifying, just out of a sense of decency
5. I remember a time when a President having sex with a woman who is not his wife who is home with his 4 mo old child would be disqualifying

RealDominantLover -> RE: Trump gets 34 felony charges (4/5/2023 7:53:21 PM)

Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

At 2/3 it may seem unlikely but many repubs are getting fed up with the fringe right. Plus, it is a way to finally get trump the hell out of their hair.

That's why I say the repubs have no clothes. They have no morals or standards now.

As even James Buckley older brother to William, said of trump and the repubs, he...sees no guiding principles. Still going strong BTW at 100.

FR

It is one ALLEGED white collar misdemeanor WAY past it's two year statute of limitations, stated over and over again

The case against the president is so pathetic, that even the corporate media won't touch this absurd propaganda for morons

WaPo Calls Bragg's Trump Case "Disturbingly Unilluminating", "Unnervingly Flimsy"

JVoV -> RE: Trump gets 34 felony charges (4/6/2023 4:33:51 PM)

Oh. I thought it was FELONIES. Maybe cuz that's what the actual 34 charges published actually are.

Trumpty Dumpty is not gonna have such a great fall. Or winter.

What your far left Soros agent is alleging to interfere with the coming election, are misdemeanors

Misdemeanors that are way past their statute of limitations

They only become felonies in a pretend-world scenario that isn't real

Everyone with a mind knows this

If that were true, the judge would have tossed it out, or will toss it out prior to trial.

We shall see. OR.... We can read the National Review!

Trump is indicted in 34 counts per NY Penal Law 175.10, which is specifically "Falsifying Business Records in the FIRST Degree. A FELONY

NOT a misdemeanor.

This case is NOT against the president. It is against the loser who LOST the election for president.
