Been having trouble accessing the chatrooms. We have used different web browsers, logged in from different devices, and still the room(s) refuse to open. If anyone has any ideas or ways to fix this (I am guessing that our account did not receive the permission to join chatrooms and this is why it is not working. Just an assumption), it would be very appreciated.
