Red crown in a yellow circle

I've noticed that some of the profiles for dominant women have a red crown in a yellow circle to the left of the username in user listings: this is usually a position where the grey head and shoulders silhouette is. I tried mousing over it, but there's no explanation of what it means. Does anyone know? (And, once again, an attempt to share a screenshot here.)
