I signed up for CS years ago and I recently made a change to my profile and the admin tells me this:

"Edit Profile
We were regrettably not able to approve this profile.
Please refer to our terms of service for information on
our community policies."

I don't even know if my profile is visible to others and I certainly can't figure out what the problem is with my profile.

Could someone with experience on the web help me solve it and at least tell me if my profile is visible to others?
