Raids can and should be done legally, like any other law enforcement activity. But they aren't. Mango Moussilini isn't a judge and cannot issue fiducial warrants. Any ICE officer that performs the assigned duties of their jobs illegally opens themselves and the agency up to legal actions.

President Trump's immigration policy is exactly like Barack Obama's immigration policy. Joe Biden's immigration policy, refusing to uphold the law as he swore to do and thus facilitating and encouraging a full-on invasion - is the outlier.
