Donald Trump is spending his time on important things that will Make America Great Again!

We're gonna rename the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America.

We may invade Greenland, because national security duh.

Trp also wants to annex Canada. Aside from it being too fucking cold and full of fucking Canadians, I'm ok with that.

Trump also wants to take over the Panama Canal. I'm actually ok with that too, but if rather just put a new canal in the Rio Grande. That way, we won't have to annex all the land in between to just get the canal. Plus, a canal would be better than a damn wall anyway. And we get to blow shit up. Wtf is more American than that?

Yes. Go Murica. I live on the west coast of Florida too. I can't wait to go swim in that Gulf of Murica

We'll rename Canada "Melania" and call Greenland "MAGA Country".

Mealy mouthed Carter was a traitor for giving the Panama Canal away if the first place, and for turning Iran over to Islamic radicals

MEXICO CITY, Jan 8 (Reuters) - Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum on Wednesday suggested North America including the United States could be renamed "Mexican America" - an historic name used on an early map of the region - in response to U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's pledge to rename the Gulf of Mexico the "Gulf of America."
"Mexican America, that sounds nice," Sheinbaum joked, pointing at the map from 1607 showing an early portrayal of North America.

Slovenia you can change to Melanialand or shipping container import export usa ShitholeLand - All good to me.

Your Trump is even more bonkers than I last remembered. Then he went on about windmills and 2 dead whales, and that was his saner shit.

Canada you can call Musk Land, or if the Canadians don't want that one back deport that fucker back to South Africa.

Dead whales all go to RFK Jr now. There's a law or something.

And Britain used to have dragons, but now they just have Muslims. FOXNews said so.

Really, I have no issues with Manifest Destiny. I think all of North America should eventually be one country. Except Quebec. Fuck them.

It's a caliphate. A shrine dedicated to the horrors that spineless little British "men" welcome with open arms

I haven't been. Probably won't. But the UK has been one of our closest allies ever since we kicked their asses and fucked up their tea in the 1700s.

But you have a whole thread for Britain-bashing. This one is about important stuff.

Denmark says Greenland isn't for sale.
Justin Trudeau says there's a snowballs chance in hell for Canada to become part of the US. But that dude quit anyway, so what does he know?

Renaming things always works though. Like every combo meal comes with Freedom Fries. Uh huh. That's a thing. Nope.

Really, I just think there are more pressing concerns.

Like Steve Guttenberg telling people to leave their keys in their cars in California, so he can move them for fire trucks. That just makes me think the star of the Police Academy films just opened a chop shop.

You're the one who dragged the UK into this thread, Einstein

Another clue for the clueless - Biden's handlers tried to kneecap affordable energy for the poor some more by banning offshore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico...

But their totalitarian dictate didn't say anything about drilling in the Gulf of America

So there's that

Biden did a thing. Ted Cruz doesn't like it. That's just spin.

A lot of my family work on oil rigs out in the Gulf. I don't want them.out of work. But I don't wanna see another BP-like disaster either.

Please just post the relevant info. I've told you countless times that I have issues with X, due to being visually impaired.

Sometimes I can click a link and it goes right through, others I'm in popup hell. A lot of sites are like that. Luckily, this one isn't.

FAST REPLY -

Now Denmark is also ready to talk:

Denmark Reportedly Open To Talks With Trump On Future Of Greenland

Danish officials reportedly believe a middle-ground can be reached that satisfies the U.S. short of a sale of Greenland.

Democrat propagandists mock Trump at their own peril.

I do not have the app installed, so when your links take me to the website, it wants me to login with Google, creating a popup for me. This makes roughly half the X links you post unaccessible to me, so whatever point you're trying to make just falls flat.

Other people here have had similar issues with content behind paywalls.

Save the links for the bibliography to your manifesto. All it proves is that you are incapable of your own thoughts. That seems like a cultist's behavior to me.

Well yeah, talking would probably be a good step.

I don't understand Trump's obsession with Greenland. It just makes no sense to me. Although having a base there may prove beneficial for refueling purposes, in the event of military action in Europe. I just don't think we need to annex the whole country for that.

It would help if you studied.

quote:

The strategic advantages for the USA in acquiring Greenland include:

Military Positioning: Enhanced control over the Arctic, crucial for defense and surveillance due to emerging shipping routes and resource exploration.
Resource Access: Greenland's untapped natural resources like rare earth minerals, oil, and gas could bolster U.S. energy security.
Climate Research: Proximity to key areas for climate change study and data collection.
Geopolitical Influence: Increased influence in NATO and Arctic Council affairs, countering other nations' interests in the region.

Greenland is strategically important to the US because we need our ballistic missile early warning systems in place there. And we do. I don't like that we seem to be using a Danish military base for American troops. I think we need our own. Maybe two.

I think Trump should talk to Elon about Reagan's 'Star Wars' program and see what updates and enhancements can be done to that.

I don't like that the US has to bow down to other nuclear countries. Nobody should be able to start WW3 except us.

I'm against drilling for oil in Greenland, as I think there is plenty in Texas alone.

I think I'm against fracking, because of the geological impacts it can have. Sinkholes and earthquakes and such. Wanting to take over Greenland so we can strip mine it just seems tacky, but yeah, that sounds like Trump & Musk.

Greenland is more strategically important to the US than Taiwan though.

I'm not sure that using military force would be legal, considering our treaties and all. That whole NATO thing comes to mind.

You dumb fuck American's cant even refine your own oil. Canada has been the top source of U.S. oil imports for many years, and supplied more than half of the total U.S. crude imports in 2023. Many U.S. oil refiners, especially in the Midwest, are geared specifically to run heavier crude oil grades sourced from Canada..

13 Aug 2024 — 60% of US crude oil imports come from Canada, according to the US Energy Information Administration. A decade ago, it was just 33%.

Guessing none of you knew that? Trump and dumb fuck republican's and Maga don't or perhaps they do but they love brainwashing half of you.

As the USA is a marginal net producer your prices should be as low as low can be but they are not are? That means that your companies are gobbling up as much profit as they can, like always. And like OPEC does - in theory its opec who sort of control the price of a litre.

Such is the detachment of most America they want my shit hole UK, and other places, to buy more expensive usa liquefied gas rather than us buying it cheaper elsewhere. Fuck off!

If you make more oil your prices will not go down. OPEC can open the taps any time it wants too.

Its a lie to say that Trump can lower gas prices you idiots fall for any old bullshit he says. He will of course be partly funded by the likes of Big Oil whose profits during covid war era grew near exponentially.

I did think you American right were against all the elitist type companies?
Norway's oil company is 51% state owned and they have the biggest sovereign wealth fund on earth.
UK has extracted the same amount of oil and we have fuck all sovereign wealth fund and I will spare you all the fact I am Scottish and england pissed it it all and their incompetent governments.
