Just a little shoehorn, but I do know how to use a crowbar.

     Let's do it again sometime,

In your own mentallity in another thread, then, "show Me the proof".  Where is your data?  Your scientific analysis?  You are all for scientific theories, are you not?  Well, here is your chance.

I have lived it.  So have others on here.  I personally think from reading your posts your just blabbing without having any data to back you up.  I will be very interested to see what you can come up with, and that is the truth.

If we are going to be waiting for philosophy to come up with proof that wealth diminishes criminality, I would strongly suggest (based in part on his track record of failing to back up his assertions on the Holocaust and on Creationism, and partly on studying the research that is out there on the matter), that no one hold their breath.

It is far more likely that rich people are just as crooked as poor people, they just don't wind up in jail as often.

It's a matter for personal conviction. I don't believe taking a life is ever justified except in self-defense. If you go around saying you're Pro-Life but for the death penalty then you're a hypocrite. The same as those who say they are against of abortion except in cases of rape, incest, or the health of the mother, I think that makes you in favor of abortions of convenience. Advocates like to point at deterrence, if that's the case it would be far more effective to have executions televised & very grusome. Advocates also like to cite the Bible, "An eye for an eye" etc. It may be in the Bible but Jesus didn't say it. That was Hamurabi, a minor regional despot. If they want to enforce that code by all means. If you rape my sister I'll rape your sister. The death penalty was written by self- serving politicians who wanted to pretend they cared about anything other then the next lobby check. It's a clear indication of a society that is stuck in the past.
