A lewd woman. A man considered to be weak or contemptible. slut [image]http://img.tfd.com/hm/pron.gif[/image] (sl[image]http://img.tfd.com/hm/GIF/ubreve.gif[/image]t) A woman considered sexually promiscuous Although I do confess to detest the narrow-minded mentality that such definitions pertain only to a woman! But hey at least they got in man being a bitch at http://www.thefreedictionary.com . g I've no problems being called a Bitch when I am asserting my bitchiness. I like the word cunt when referring to female anatomy and yes, I have one. I've even called others than in anger, simply to vent and as it felt good -- why, who knows as I do not find it awful usually. It's all how it's used and with whom. I also have been known to be slutty in some instances, and even back in my youth was quite whorish, upon occassion, when I so felt the want to be! I would be taken aback to be called a slut or a whore at this point in my life, as I am not sexually lewd, promiscious but put Jenna Jameson or Johnny Depp in front of me and mercy, I'll be all slut and whore -- and you call can me that! g "...why is it "You go girl!" when a woman calls a man such things.. but it is a crime for a man to call a woman such things?" Possibly the latent struggle for female equal rights keeps the pressure cooker simmering in one aspect as to the "You Go Girls"!! And possibly some men (i.e. some, a few, not all!) utilize the words as sheer slurs and insults thrown in unnegotiated manners to hurt and demoralize while many women use it less in that manner, and as pertaining to BDSM, many (i.e. some, not all) use the words with a bit more consideration and in the context of negotiated scenes with the male's acquiesence. Just some thoughts.....I do not know and I wish it weren't so as I do not condone double standards of any nature. Interesting indeed.

slut = a skanky boy that doesn't know if its gay, straight or bi so it will sleep with anything (man, woman, trans, dog, cat, alien, watermelon, fish) whore = a skanky boy that sleeps with people for money, housing, objects of value, drugs, expensive accessories (like say designer glasses, jewelry, clothing, shoes, etc) bitch = a skanky boy who is a sissy. Also used in the term "Bitch Slap" when you hit one of these disgusting cunts. They need to be disciplined often because they can't keep their dicks in their pants, obviously. They may break your arm if they are bigger then you, but they will cry for 10 years about the bitch slapping because, afterall, they are a sissy. "bitch" is not to be confused with bee yatch which is a term of endearment towards a beloved Sister or girlfriend as in "hey what you beeyatch's doing tonite? I love discussions about semantics... Slut, bitch or whore are all fine when uttered by someone I am in a relationship with during heated moments. Bitch is what I get called by someone who does not like my spirited or sarcastic attitude or someone who I have rejected. Bitch is what I hear if a significant other gets angry (not all significant otherrs of course). Slut is a term of endearment that my girlfriends and I sometimes say when discussing our past sex lives. Whore is a word I associate with prostitution, but really never use. (unless it is prefaced by, Whose Whore am I?) Semantics are just that and words can have multiple meanings dependent on the environment used. Of course words can hurt as well as arouse.

So now I - and countless other people who refer to these names, embrace them and feel able to identify with such names - 'player'. I suggest you are very wrong. You are taking a handful of names and looking at the negative aspects. I would love to hear how you came to the realisation that these people are 'players'. If an lawyer can be a submissive, why cannot a whore be a dominant? When does a profession turn someone into a player? If a Daddy can be a dominant, why cannot a slut be submissive? When does a label make you only that single description? Peace and Rapture

Seems to be a vogue of late..that if you cannot get rid of a derrogtory term.. just change the pronounciation. If one can be fired for using a racial slur..then they should be sable to be fired for using the same type of terms for women.

But why see these terms only for women? And why only only see them as negative. The word 'gay' used to be and still is used as a derogatory, yet it is embraced within the homosexual society. Even the word 'nigger' is used by some of black community - to empower themselves. As distasteful as you may find that, it happens. Its not gender specific. Peace and Rapture

You can sue your employer and have someone's job for creating a hostile work environment, people have been fired for using these terms toward women. And women do sexually harass men too. I dated someone that was sexually harassed, and a place I used to work a superviser was fired for grabbing two different young men at work..
