You are male and wanting to make your chest more feminine, correct? I think you have two choices, hormones or a boob job. However, I'm no expert so I would suggest looking into the trans sites to get some information there.

Hmmmm, do you have any diagnosable mental disorders? I'm not being a shithead, I'm serious. If so, you could always have your doc prescribe Risperidone or some other anti-psychotic that has increased serum prolactin levels and/or breast enlargement as a side effect. Of course, then the effects of the drug are side-effects... Nah, I guess surgery or hormone injections might be your best bet. Good luck to you.

You could do exercises that would develop and increase the size of your pectoral (chest) muscles.

Also, heavy drinking will do the trick, but only when you reach the point of liver damage, so it is not recommended

you could get the fake inserts, but if she wanted real breasts she'd be out of luck.
