Hello, I joined about a year ago but cancelled my account for most of the year because I had no luck with the subs on this site.

How do I introduce myself to subs? They never seem to respond or must have filters on their messages and never read the message. I hope it's not my race that turns people off.

Hi Ghost..

i find that i pay little if any to attention to the mail i receive that is less than one sentence long. Spend a little time and really consider how you want to introduce yourself. Remember, subs are people, would you walk up to a woman on the street and be rude and crude and start talking about what you want sexually or via kink? Then why do it here. For my two cents worth Sir.... i say let them find out about the person inside you first, get to know them as people and then seek your common ground in the area of kink and desires.

I would suggest if you cancelled your account for most of the year you have belonged that could be why you are not connecting with others. You need to get to know someone first, it is not an instant Dom or sub site, as with life.

If you are looking for another I would suggest checking out the local scene and meeting people in the flesh. I think one of the hardest places to meet anyone is online.

Welcome back.

In emailing the ladies here, remember that they are ladies first! I have had the pleasure here of making friends with a very young, very novice submissive.

The stories she tells me about emails she is getting makes me want to take her in a tight hug and not let anyone near her.

Write a nice introduction letter. Treat her as you would a woman you have just met. Do not try to act all 'domly' like, would you do so if meeting someone in your home town?

Your profile states years involved with BDSM, but none of those years in real time? Does that mean you have been 'curious' about BDSM but have never paddled a girls bottom?

My real advice is to go to a few munches, talk to some people, watch what others do and learn from them.

re-Hello and re-welcome... perhaps the perceived turn off is more your absence as opposed to your race.

If your presence here is predicated on your ''luck with the subs'' factor, you might as well delete your profile now instead of waiting another year.

A year learning more about the lifestyle and understanding of your position will gain you knowledge whether you get laid or not. Knowledge and understanding are tools and foundations... where profiles are merely advertisements.

Ask yourself if it is your wish to advertise and 'fish for subs on this site' or do you desire to be a better lifestyle dominant?
