I am relatively new to the site, but i find it disturbing how few submissive girls there seem to be relative to everything else. About half of the profiles fitting into this category are actually collared slaves seeking playmates (this should be under couples shouldnt it?) and the remaining half is about 60% interested only in Dommes. What gives? Are men just not appealing to anyone anymore unless they are groveling at a boot? (Noo!!)

I know fewer women come online traditionaly. Yet these trends seem to be happening among vanillas in reality too. The end result is that truely interested sub girls tend to get so bombarded as they are outnumbered. Well what the hell. Has society so glorified female sexuality and so villified men that we are doomed to obscurity?

Maybe as society becomes more tolerant of alternate sexualities, individuals feel less pressured to identify as heterosexual and are able to express their attraction to more genders than just the opposite one.

Meh. I just think there is a disporportiant amount of bisexual women invovled in "alternative lifestyles."

May I suggest you attend munches and events in your area, look to make friends and build a reputation of trustworthyness and honor. It can take years to find the right one.

I don't know where you are looking but it certainly ain't this site... cause I can't even log onto this place without reading or responding to a majority of submissive females.

opps maybe i should mention that i dont count bi girls, i am talking about the factor of girls only looking for Dommes.

Also, I am specifically narrowing my focus to girls my age (20-26). In that generation bracket, half of profiles start with 'NO MEN' or something equivalent.

No .... it's just that most men online are such completely stupid blithering idiots. The "No Men" (no trespassing) sign is usually an attempt to ward off these buffoons that 1) don't know how to approach a lady, and 2) don't know how to take the word "No" with grace.

Personally, I don't know of too many 'collared' slaves seeking playmates. Unless they have their Master's permission, I'm thinking this won't happen.

My advice .... 1) wait until you've had enough time here (meaning making more than just two posts) before making judgments ..... and 2) turn off the computer and get out into the real world and meet people r/t. You might be surprised at what you find.

Ok, i did the math. Based on your calculations, that leaves you with what? About 35% of submissives remaining who may or may not be interested in you? Considering how many new members collarme attracts per day .... that's a hell of alot of subbie females. It seems you've only been a member since mid November based on your profile. Have you contacted them ALL? ALREADY?

P.S. As a submissive member of collarme who is collared, and obviously 'no longer looking' i think i can speak for many others like myself in pointing out that many of us do not feel any reason, need, nor desire to create a 'couples' account. The fact that you may be feeling just a bit impatient after a month and a half of searching here at collarme shouldn't change that, and i doubt it will. [;)] Many remain as active members simply because they are valuable members who still enjoy corresponding with others here, and participating at the forums. Many who choose to do so, do post the fact that they ARE collared and are not looking, on thier profiles. [;)]

I am straight and submissive to one. However, it is to one. I am a member of collarme for the board's and the board's only. Also to meet a few like minded people to communicate with.
I have to agree with perverse though. On the net you can be anybody you wish to be. If you have a desire to be bi...you can be and you are'nt afraid to admit it here.

I also have to agree with cynnacent you probably are just getting restless. Rome wasn't built in a day you know.

i would suggest you get involved in lifestyle groups in your area. i have met many people in r/l that do not have profiles on this site, i would think your area would have the same situation. Even if you don't meet your One, the groups are a lot of fun and you will meet a lot of nice, pervy people. [:D]

I tried to get involved in a local club but they dont have any meetings until mid January since its the holiday season. Perhaps i am just getting restless. It happens when the first many messages i sent out to talk to some subs (just casual strike up discussion type email sans any ownership discussion) and i get angry "no men!!! Leave me alone STFU!!" mails back, or "Deleted unread".

In any case, i was speaking to a larger social issue, attempting to correlate my experiences with trends among 20-25 year olds in comparison to the previous generation through observations both online and in R/L.

My intent was was to have insigtful discussion not whining, so if it sounded like 'woe is me' - my bad. I know it can take years - or a life time- to find the right one. And it would not be a wasted life.

Are you writing to women that state NO MEN in their profiles?

My sub regularly gets emails from doms (purposely lower case!) that have obviously not read her profile. It clearly states that she is collared and not looking. You can see that the so-called doms are just sending out a composed form letter with no thought or reference to the person they are attempting to interest.

Focus your time and energies on people that will actually be someone that you're are interested in, and not just someone that will reply.

I met my sub here, I am proof positive that it can be done!

It takes time to find the one for you, I've learned that from experience;) I may be bi but that doesn't mean I am looking for a female...I am auctually trying to find the right one for me, but I am not in a rush to do so since I just got out of a relationship.
