Nope, must not be the pose or the nudity... perhaps like some said 'welts' is it. Or maybe WHO was in the 'approval' chair that day!

your main photo has to show a face i think. Other than that it's based on the whims of the person who reviewd it. By the way nudity is allowed on here if it's tastefull or artfull and not an in your face IAM NUDE SO THERE LOOK thing. or so said one of the mods here

It's the welts on your back. Marks from bondage or other implements are a no-no for profile photos.

Bearlee - I don't know if this has been mentioned, but it is possible for a picture that was not approved as a "primary" pic to get approval as a "secondary" pic. The requirements are different.

Do you still have the denial email they sent you? I just recently had one denied at alt.com and emailed them back and questioned them on it. Alt gives reasons and the 2 reasons they gave me were: person other than you in photo and inappropriate subject. Neither applied since it was of me only on my bed in a corset and skirt with my head throw back. If you can respond back to their original email very, very politely ask why and if they would reconsider. I did with Alt and they approved my photo.
