Good evening all, My Dominant had my nipples pierced three weeks ago, they are healing nicely. i have seen many references to hanging weights off of the rings during play, sometimes to intentionally stretch the nipples, sometimes just for sensation. Well, He and i both like the nipples just fine the way they are, is this kind of play guaranteed to stretch them? It sounds like a lot of fun, but i really would not want to change their shape or size. i am also interested in the affect of weights on genital piercings, as He would like to get my labia minora done next. (Same story, i'd rather not change the size/shape of the lips). Thanks for the info! shannon

Hello phoenix......I am by no means an expert and can only share with you what has been my own experience on the subject. I have my nipples and clit hood pierced and there are times that Master does like to play with weight. It has in no way changed the length or shape. I would assume that those who have actually experienced a change in size or length are individuals who have worked with weight for extended periods of time. I don't think the average play session will have much effect. As your piercings are new I would caution you however on waiting until they are fully healed and beginning slowly as too much weight can cause small tears which could lead to infection.

I agree, please wait until they are fully healed, you don't want to mess anything up. You shouldn't have to many problems unless you do it for long periods of time.

I understand that you are not after changing the shape and size of your nipples but for those that might think it neat there are pieces of jewelry that serve to progressively increase the distance of the piercing bar from the areola. huh, you never know what you'll come across here. If I'm not mistaken the rose nipple stetcher you posted above came from a site my husband did. They have the most beautiful stuff and are really nice people.

Yes indeed, Phoenix, to really change the size of your nipples with weights you have to have a program going with progressively heavier weights and you have to hang them several times a day. Play sessions won't change them unless you are playing lots of times during the day using a heavy weight. Have fun.

Can't tell you what site it came from but the other stuff on that site was equally beautiful. I agree that it would take prolonged weight play to produce a noticeable change in the length of your nipples. I've been pierced for 5 years, and Master adores weighting me. I see no difference in their size. I do know someone, tho, who has obviously had "something" done to her nipples to make them VERY long and hard.... collagen injections perhaps (ow!)? I didn't get the chance to ask, and I will ask her the next time I visit; however the end result is quite stunning! Has anybody else seen something like what I'm describing?

Ohh, if you like shields you should check out the large leavy nipple shield. I have often thought about having my nipples pierced just to wear them. http://www.xcentricities.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=38 now hopefully I haven't done anything wrong by posting that.

I have rather short nipple that look almost inverted when not erect. Will piercing work on me? Will it help my nipples come out? Would stretching really increase size safely and would they look natural enough?

I have a couple of friends that had their inverted nipples 'fixed' by having them pierced. Your best bet to get answers concerning your particular nipples would be to pay a visit to your local reputable piercing establishment. When done gradually, stretching is perfectly safe. As to how natural they would look, how natural can a nipple be with a length of steel through it? [;)] ~stef

i personally have had my nipples pierced for 2 years, and due to my very large/wide areolas, the piercing had to be done deep so they are still not healed. i was told they could take up to 5 years before they are fully healed. [:(] i never had much sensation before my piercings, and i still don't enjoy my nipples being touched. they feel strange and just unpleasant. i have straight barbells in mine, which has been said to heal faster than captive bead hoops. but basically it all depends on your own anatomy, sensations, etc. in your nipples. mine hurt a lot, and compared to my friends, who orgasmed during their piercings, we all have our personal variations. i enjoy my labia and clitoral hood piercings much more than my nipple piercings by far. be sure to check with 2 or 3 piercers before you go through with anything, just to make sure you get a consensus. let them heal for longer than they tell you it will take, and don't get them infected. use a spray salt water solution to help them heal. it does wonders. good luck.

I have had my nipples pierced for nearly two years and still have a few problems with one of them. As soon as it stops misbeahaving Master has requested that I get the holes themselves stretched to accommodate larger jewellery, only going up one or two sizes (although I have seen nipples with HUGE flesh tubes through them). I also have my clit hood and inner labia pierced and Master does hang weights from them on occassion, they haven't stretched at all. Now waiting to have my outer labia pierced but the healing time is longer than the clit hood and inner labia.
