a better though messier use of yugurt is as a douche...
it works by immedietly replacing the good bacteria and soothing inflamed tissues
its messy
but use it at night..or whenever you have at least a few hours ,simply wipe  the excess off

I had heard of this home made topic before, but I wasn't sure how it works, so I didn't post it. I have heard that women used to do this to clean their crotch before hygiene products were in the market and that is an excelent recomendation. Thanks redpetals!

i mean, it was crazy, there we were talking - and like ever 5 minutes she was 'adjusting' - and of course, i can handle keeping a straight face when someone says cunt - or pussy, or vagina, but i almost hyperventaliated last night when she kept refering to it as punani.... i'm laughing now!!!! I can't use just any soap my self. It gives me a really bad irritation and since I was a little girl I have to take care of catching any type of infections, due to a bad kidney medical record. oooh my gooood.  What a discussion about my Punani!!!  I had to lay down and take a nap folks, sorry to have missed out.  See, i actually did go to the doc yesterday and the doc said "you have an inner ear viral infection" (say that 10x fast)

My punani hasnt been feeling well for a couple of days, today it swelled up to enormous heights.

Actually myst suggested destin!  Destin seems to be working as i woke up in "not" major pain!  My pants are even touching the area.

:: sigh :: i only had to adjust a few hundred times before i laid down and propped my leg up so my poor punani wasnt being squeezed, or touched, or whatever.   

i think Mistofern, that soap on the inner inner parts of the punani sitting too long sorta burns it.  Get on it, get it off really fast.  Nothing you let yer punani marinate in.

vinegar.. on MY punani.. omg.  Nuts!  Now lemme go clean off the gob of destin on my poor punani and i'll take a pic!

Edited to add.. just clarifying that - its been bothersome for days.. dunno how many now.  Mostly just itchy, ect.  But it hasnt been like THIS.  Maybe a tad bit swollen yesterday?  i DUN remember.  Any chance Myst - you can clarify on my punani bread?  i know i've been complaining to you for days now about it.

Well they aren't flaming fire engine red, so thats a good thing... One reccomendation I have is to cut out as much salt as you can from your diet, and drink as much water as you possibly can... I'm talking 7+ litres.. or ummm I guess that would be 2 3/4 gallons. I've found that helps with almost any type of swelling I've ever encountered. The idea is that swelling is fluid (mostly water with some other goo in it) thats pooled in a particular area. Salt makes you retain water.. therefore, if you get rid of the salt, and drink enough water to rinse out the salt in your system, your body will also get rid of the extra water youre carrying, and should help the swelling go down dramatically. It's always worked for me, with all my various bumps and bruises and swollen joints. However I am a figher and used to abusing my body. Poor you sweetie, and thanks for the pics. Can we see after photos too? [:D]

you can't? Hmmm I must be imagaining that I wash mine with dove soap then with out problems. And no dove doesn't cause burns or irritations on my vagina. Other people may have diffrernt experinces.
 
There's a non soap cleaner called cetaphil, It's good if you can't use soap.

That was funny!, but seriously speaking, you can't wash that area with any soap, because: 1. As leatherorlace said, it can cause a bad skin reaction, due to the chemicals in the soap against the delicated tissue there.

I would suggest you have irritated it by rubbing too much perhaps you had some irritation first and irritated it more.  Either way try rinsing with plain luke warm water, and putting tap water cold cloths on it when you are able, as they warm up rinse again with cold tap water and just keep the compresses on.  That will help with the swelling.  Stop putting home made cures and suggestions on it, leave it alone just clean and to the air.  If it is not better in a day or so off you go to the MD.  If there is any discharge etc for sure see the MD even if the swelling goes down.
