I took my newly wedded wife[sm=preen.gif]
out to a resturant here in vegas.
It is called Battistas hole in the wall.
It has been aound here in Vegas for many years. About 30 or so?

The Prices aren't really cheap, but the service is Awesome!!

I would desgin a resturant with a surrounding fish tank, loaded with tropical fishes. It would be a
seafood and steak house.

Always, Ant & LilBecque[sm=flying.gif]

My favorite is Taco Bell. Yes, I'm a cheap date. I love the variety and the people at our restaurant.

As for a design, I would leave that to my Master. He is full of great ideas. I would only hope He would make his hand-tossed pizza. Everything His hands touches ... oh my! I love His hands.

My favorite restaurant is a Indian restaurant in brussels called" Les jardins du cashmir" or "cashmeer garden's" , they are cheap and the food is exquisite.

As a design restaurant: All different shades of blue, some nice painting by marie laurancin and some home cooking meal.

A restaurant My sub and I found while vacationing in Berkeley Springs WV called the Panorama. It sits on the side of a mountain overlooking a beautiful valley. All the food is fresh with no preservatives and its WONDERFUL I highly recommend it. The filet mignon is to die for[:D]

Cannot say i have a favorite at the moment but if i designed one it would be called Granny's Kitchen. Then we would hire grandmas from every culture and let them do the cooking.

Mount Desert Island on the east coast of Maine is the home of some utterly wonderful restaurants, including Poor Boy's Gourmet (Bar Harbor, try their Lobster Feast), Demuro's Top of the Hill Restaurant (Southwest Harbor, don't miss the cioppino!), and the West Street Cafe (Bar Harbor, best New England Clam Chowder we found on the whole trip!). Also, don't miss Ben & Bill's Chocolate Emporium in Bar Harbor - their ice cream flavors included Kahlua, Bailey's Irish Cream, and (wait for it) lobster! For places to stay, don't pass up the Kingsleigh Inn in Southwest Harbor - they've changed hosts since we were there, but assuming the new ones are just as good, their Turret Suite is just awesome, especially at the off-season price!

All that said, my favorite restaurant ever is right in the middle of this New England wonderland. It's called Jordan Pond House. The home was built on Jordon Pond in 1847, and is now located inside Acadia National Park. At the far end of the lake you can see the Bubbles, a pair of low, glacially carved mountains. Their prices are a little on the touristy side, but their popovers are not to be missed and can be had with afternoon tea to make it a cheap outing! :-)
