I have a Rimba unit as well as a remote controlled Erostek unit. For your money, the Rimba is the better buy. (IMO) With the Rimba I spent $140 and received a case, 4 starter pads, the dual output unit, a battery and a set of lead adapters (that fit every other unit other than ErosTek), and 3 sets of leads. For more than $700 spent with ErosTek I got the single output unit and remote, Lectrogel, the electric penis cap, a metal plug and a set of pads that didn't fit my unit, one set of proprietary ErosTek leads, and a battery. They sent no lead adapters for the electrodes and no case. (It arrived in multiple zippered baggies) It upset me that I had to order MORE from ErosTek (lead adapters) before I could use the unit the first time. When I contacted ErosTek's customer service regarding my issues, I was sent the curt reply of "They state exactly what is being shipped in the package and nothing more." And yes, they are right....they did ship exactly what I ordered. But is it unreasonable, for $700, I would be able to USE it when it arrived as well as have a place to KEEP it once I was done? Sorry to rant, but I will not do business with ErosTek again as it seems they have so much money they need not bother with customer service. My rant and opinion Ms Sandi
