I find this to be the most dramatic of temporary body modifications.. Anyone have an opinion on the practice or expereince to share? I can be dangerous if done improperly. That being said.. do you like it? Hate it? Wonder about it?

i've seen it done. It was amazing to watch and they guy having it done really seemed to enjoy it

Do you do that with helium, like a balloon? Then, give a blow job and talk all funny? That sounds like fun. Maybe not for the guy, but if the woman's having fun, that's probably all that matters. Color me aghast. Jeff

Jeff It's basically filling it with mild salt water. the downside is it makes the guy waddle and the stuff sweats out through the scrotal skin-many have to wear a daiper for a day afterwards or look like they are wetting thier pants. Not my thing, but I can se how it would be amusing from a control aspect.

Personally I find it exciting to watch as the saline drips slowly into the scrotum and filling it. I will say this though when dealing with a mid-large low hanging sack 500cc's of saline just isn't enough of course beginning small is always a good idea when first doing it alone and without assisting someone experienced. Also it can be pretty fun doing some light CBT afterwards. As for the needle that attaches to the IV setup, I use a 23g winged which many medical fetish sites sell the complete setup excluding the saline. In my experience though yes it will take up to a couple of days to absorb into the body and or be sweated out but I've never had happen or seen a diaper needed. Who knows though perhaps Im missing out on somekind of additional humiliation method. lol MsPatty

Patty, I can't remember if when the solution is diffusing.. does it travel into the penis and puff that for a while or just goes evenly throught the whole body? For the readers here.. this is NOT something you just do on your own... have someone teach you and be with you your first time around. I've never done the argon gas one.. actually when I was looking for pictures. that was the first time I was aware of it.

LotusSong, Yes it certainly can travel into the cock/groin area and most of the time does. As for being evenly distributed into the body, it evenually does but too I personally think it has alot to do with how active the person is the first 12-24 hours afterwards. This is just my opinion though. Also I thought I would mention doing infusion on a person that has CHF (Congestive Heart Failure), High Blood Pressure or Circulation problems is not a good idea. The sodium in the saline can cause problems. While anyone with these conditions are I would hope on a diurectic I personally would not do it.

It's done with infiltration of the saline into the soft tissue. It's also something that if you're skilled with an IV catheter and do IVs for your profession, you never intend to happen to your IVs!!! Incidentally, some of the only SM-related medical papers on infections or injuries happen to concern this practice.
