How do you mean? Color to wear while playing? The color that represents bdsm to me? What color do I use to coordinate my bondage accessories? My preferred color for dungeon walls? THis is a painfully ambiguous question.

Thinking about it in that sort of context, I don't think there's any color codes currently active (but hanky codes were still in use back when I joined the community).

I don't really have a preferred color to wear, but the missus hates to go to parties wearing basic black (everybody always wears black), so she usually wears a pretty white sundress just to stand out. We have several toys that are color-coordinated to go with her preferred outfits. The favorite is a white handled crop with a natural tan slapper, with the close second being a bone-handled flogger that I made for her with tan ostrich hide tails.

She's also really fond of the hot pink cuffs with neon green fur lining that I got her a few years ago. Anything as long as it isnt black.
