cuddleheart, if you have ice, try making an ice pack and place it on either the back of your neck or on your forehead.  this has worked for me many times.  good luck and i hope you feel better.

I  NOW  have a desktop filled with:
  • nail polish
  • lipstick
  • three wallets
  • 2 prs of scissors
  • mints
  • Stanley tape measure
  • 2 packages of batteries
  • 2 flashlights
  • cell phone
  • pkg of Pop Tarts
  • sealed individual packets of chai tea
  • several large pieces of mail
  • water bottle
  • umbrella
  • several pens
  • tons of receipts
  • whistle
  • hair things
  • women things
  • fruit snacks
  • package of stickers
  • several "to go" packs of Crystal Light
  • 1 watch
  • small bottle of hand sanitizer
  • assorted vitamins in baggies
  • 1 pkg dry protein powder to mix w/ water
AND that's all  [:)]  hehe
