Mine is to become a bit more organized (seems to always be a goal for a dominant, doesn't it?) but mainly at the office...been spending too much time taking care of patients and not enough time on paperwork. I know those who speak of the old days are often derided but I really do remember that when I started in practice almost 25 years ago, the paperwork was half of what it is now...yet supposedly the insurance companies have streamlined things.

Anything goes eh?
I would like to meet someone nice so we can get to know each other online and talk and become friends, I (think) I would like to become her sub, and be forced to wear diapers as a form of bondage or just for her amusement (and use them depending on if she said I had to or not since it's ackward to do that in public and especially while at work)

Oh, and while I'm daydreaming...a response to this with anything but the words "awwe, gross" would rock.
