Just a thought, does a submissive become a slave
or does a slave become a submissive??

Midear Knees-

I would say (I being just me) that IMO, a submissive (as I understand and use the term) would become a Slave (as I understand and use the term) when they hooked up with a Master/Mistress (whatever), If both parties involved (and of course the ruling coven of the Greater Unified Lifestyle) did in fact agree consentually and in writing that they were in fact a M/S realtionship, IMO.

Of course, those in the Grand Olde Guardy would in fact, as persuant to the covenent of European Estate Trainers of 1423, say exactly the opposite- That is that A slave may in fact become Submissive to a Master upon having met the requirements of the clan.

I know you did not ask me, but I would like to give my opinon, I would say the chicken came first to produce the egg and life.
I believe that you would probably have to be submissive before you become a slave.
