rail, it might help if we knew where you are from. In USA, most people graduate high school before age 29. Are you a member of a royal family by chance? I seem to recall that foxy casino cocktail waitresses in AC really like the big Samoan wrestler type guys, especially ones with a bone between their nostrils... that is considered to be very very machismo.

On this thread, rail thinks it's a good idea to try to pick up a cocktail waitress (stress COCKTAIL waitress, not "regular" waitress) to take back to his hotel room for some SM play (and seems to think that any hot cocktail waitress would be willing). On another thread, rail is looking for a Prodomme to come to his hotel room in AC and change his diapers. It can be done, but it's going to take some time. First, you are going to have to establish yourself in her enviroment. this will take six to eight visits over the course of about a month.
