haven't a clue where you would find any. I have trouble finding knee/thigh high boots with a wide calf. So many other Ladys I know have the same problem that you think a manufacterer would make some.

Try a store that caters to drag queens, that's your best bet.

There is a plus size women's clothing store that carries alternative fashion called Torrid. You can find these stores in some local malls and online. I found a great pair of knee high, black patent, 5 inch heel platform boots in wide width as well as wide calf. I LOVE EM!!!! I have the same problem, wide feet and larger than normal calves. All of the shoes and boots they carry are wide widths, and are really cool and comfy. GOOD LUCK in your search!!!!!
