Now i know many of you think your Master/ Mistress is perfect (notice i say many not all).  If there is anything you could change about then what would it be?

Now i am one of the ones who think my Master is perfect or a least perfect for me.  The only thing i would change about him is i wish he did not have to work so hard so he could get more rest.  I think he is the most wonderful man in the world.  i do admit i am biased though.

I do not think my Daddy is perfect, nor would I change anything about him. If he wants to change something about himself (like the fact he works too hard) then I will be supportive of that (by contributing more to our finances when we are living together).

I do not want him to be perfect, I want him to be himself, and that person has flaws.

I have two Masters: Master Lucky and Master Nitris (my cats). I wish that Master Nitris would not insist on going outside each night at 3AM. Other than that, he's perfect. I wish that Master Lucky would not decided that the moment I fall back asleep after tending to Master Nitris is the perfect time to indulge his plastic fetish by licking the plastic grocery bag I left on the counter. Do you know how LOUD that is at 3:15AM???? I also wish Master Lucky would not kneed my arm when he sucks on my t-shirt at night. I also wish Master Lucky would not chase Master Nitris at 2:55AM, thus making Master Nitris decide being outside is decidedly better. I also wish Master Lucky would be nicer to guests I bring home and not hiss at everyone, even me. It's embarassing. Perhaps Master Lucky is not perfect after all.

LOL - said all in jest...not meant to detract from the real question, but I couldn't resist.

I would not want a perfect Dom.  I could never live up to that.  Nor do I want to.

Casie -> RE: "Perfect " Master (9/7/2006 11:00:45 AM)

My master is not or would I want him to be perfect. And there is nothing I would change about him in the way he deals with me. However I would be happy if he would take more time for himself. Rather than being Super husband super master super dad and super provider. He resently joined the navy so he could go back to school. We'll have less income thatn now but in the long run he'll get a degree in something he really loves and will be less stressed I hope. This is also a way for both of us to attend  school at the same time.

Master fire that was really cute.    Like i thought no one is perfect but they are perfect FOR  you.

My partners are perfect for me.  That doesn't mean they are perfect.

Lots of things I'd want changed, about myself and about them.  And yet, I wouldn't change a thing (ok maybe being financially independent).

juliaoceania -> RE: "Perfect " Master (9/7/2006 11:14:41 AM)

If he was perfect for me in my mind there would be no room for growth. We do have perfect moments together, and these things I treasure. Those are the moments that everything feels right in the world and like it is just him and I. These are the moments that make it all worthwhile.

Lashra -> RE: "Perfect " Master (9/7/2006 11:19:03 AM)

My sub says that I am perfect, I correct him and say I am perfect for YOU. I know I'm not perfect, nobody is. Its just human nature to be flawed in someway.

Wow.  I guess it's how you look at things.  I don't want someone who is *perfect* for me.  I want some differences and diversity between us.  If we were perfectly compatible it would be.......too boring for me.  I want to learn new things, I want to offer a different point of view, as well as hearing one.

But it's the diversity which makes them "perfect for you."

My partners and I are very different people, some of their interests bore me, some of them challenge me, some I simply ignore.

We're still perfect FOR eachother because we work so well together.  Being perfect for someone doesn't mean you are the same or always work together perfectly.

Hmmmm, what I would change about Master,  I would make him independantly wealthy so neither of us would need to work, we could buy a huge old edwardian house and outfit the top floor as a dungeon.

Then he would not need to be bothered by work bills and daily life and he could simply beat my ass at will.

Seriously though, I would not change anything about him, that was in my first life where I settled :)

LMAO

I know exactly how loud that is in the middle of the night.  My siamese has a huge plastic bag fetish and he would just love to be called "Master" Loki.  lol

justheather -> RE: "Perfect " Master (9/7/2006 6:14:27 PM)

One of my cats has figured out how to open my bedroom door all by herself when she wants to leave my room in the middle of the night (or day, since I work nights half the time). Unfortunately, her particular method includes banging her paw against the door making a CACHUNGCACHUNGCACHUNGCACHUNG noise about four hundred times before it finally pops open. Needless to say, I usually get up and let her out of the room as soon as I hear her plop down off the bed onto the floor.

babysburnin -> RE: "Perfect " Master (9/7/2006 7:31:00 PM)

My Dom is perfect in the sense that He is a great man with some "flaws" - PERFECTLY human and real.  Fortunately, His "flaws" are quirks I understand, accept, and even appreciate a bit.

He's controlling [;)], overly analytical [8|], and sometimes pessamistic [>:] ... All just spices that contribute to an amazing blend of flavor.

I totaly understand...My cat, Pudge does the same thing with plastic bags.. However, I can't leave them out cause he somtimes gets his head caught in the handles and then he goes crazy. dumb cat LOL

Irishblu -> RE: "Perfect " Master (9/8/2006 9:38:51 AM)

If Master was perfect, I'd be checking His back end for batteries! lol  I wouldn't say He is perfect for me, as much as we are perfect for each other.  We compliment each other in our dynamic.

And I have a Mistress...  Mistress Allie.  The sneak has learned if I won't let her in my room at night, she can go out the kids window, onto the back porch and is able to pop open the door that goes from the porch to my room.  Then she will head butt me till I wake up, acknowledge her, pet her and give her love.  Then she jumps behind my headboard into the window which is "her room" and sleep for 12 hours, now that I am wide awake lol.

The only thing I would change is that sometimes he is too hard on himself. I would like to see him chill out and go with the flow a little more. Can a Dom even do that? [:)]

LOL can a sub?  How hard do you get on yourself when you do something wrong?

Yes, they can, if they make the effort and learn how.

agirl -> RE: "Perfect " Master (9/8/2006 1:12:37 PM)

I'd probably not use the word *perfect* but I think my Master is as close as it gets, for me.

We have wildly different natures so there's never a dull moment. He's the first person that has nothing that I'd wish different. ......even the frustrating, annoying, irritating parts about him.

I suppose he's just brilliant in an odd sort of way....lol
