You might find that using a small plug and slowly increasing the size, before attempting strap on play helps, as it will relax the muscles (if anal play). As does using a gloved and lubed finger (mind your nails...try popping a piece of cotton wool at the end of the glove before inserting your hand into the glove, if you really don't want to cut your nails short.....). Experiment with different types of lube (latex friendly), you may find that some of the ones designed for fisting are nicer (they tend to be more gloopy). Using a condom on a dildo, makes for a much easier life! If it's anal strap on play and the person that you are going to fuck has never had anything there before, getting them to lie on their side and inserting a lubed and gloved finger themselves, may help them to relax (get them to do this on several different occasions before 'the main event'!). Try different positions, you may be amazed at how different positions can effect the 'fuckee' and the 'fucker' alike! Try not to put too much pressure on either yourself or the other person. Strap on play can be a really emotional, beautiful and powerful thing, don't rush it, turn the phones (and door bell!!) off and make *you* time! Enjoy! And good luck! BV
