I'm currently in the process of designing a rather ornate jacket which is fetish oriented.

My dillema comes in finding an appropriate primary fabric (lineing and such is already purchased).

I'm looking for a full bolt of a sturdy natural or natural/synthetic blend which is both decorative (think waffle cotton) but sturdy and durrable (heavy wool or heavy polyester blend).

But while I've tried hundreds of fabric shops online, I've not found any dealing with solids that meet both those requirements.

Any fetish oriented tailors/seamstresses have any good online resources for fabrics?

What particular fetish is this geared towards? Do you have a picture of what you want this to look like? I've started making clothing and armor for my SCA events, but those are primarily constructed out of wool or canvas. Very durable, breathe well, and warm. Are you looking for leather? PVC? Vinyl? Suede?

If I had a better idea of what you were trying to accomplish, I could provide a better answer.
