my first Master, years ago, trained me to open my mouth and he would spit into it and i would swalllow it or hold it there, whichever he commanded. not real often, but i got so that i enjoyed it. i think it was more of a test and he also enjoyed doing it in front of another dom, probably to show him my obedience? but then i am very orally fixated...that was probably also a result of my early training. :-)

i believe it was a nice exercize, but wouldnt enjoy it in casual play.

I'm a sub guy and I have to say I find being spat at/on is a HUGE turn on. I think it's partly that it's somehow so personal and taboo and partly the humiliation aspect of it.
I experienced this as a teenager from some girls I used to hang around with (in a non-sexual sense) and I guess it's stayed with me ever since.
