Helloo, another newbie question, compliments of me.

I just purchased my first anal plug today, and I'm not sure how long its safe to keep it in.

Also, is it safe to use a silicone based lube with a silicone toy?

Here's a thread that might help:

butt plug

The longest i have used a plug is 8 hrs. I use KY jelly for lube, or if Master wants i will use Ben Gay for the burning sensation. Have fun with it. I love mine

Is not Ben Gay a bit of a hazard to the delicate tissues there?

It's never caused me a problem but someone on another thread mentioned a burn from it.

That would be me who mentioned the burn, the Ben Gay on all over my vagina and anus, strangely it was the skin between that burned (i think it is called the peritonuem?) And it was not a problem, just uncomfortable. i don't have the same problem with tabasco, maybe that would be better to start with?

I haven't tried it anally, but I get a delightful vaginal burn from both the essential oils of cloves and of cinnamon. From VERY LITTLE oil, I should probably add. The burn is not immediate, but it builds and builds and builds, and a nice side benefit is the scent.
