I've been held in place all night with arms, wrapped in a blanket and jammed between two people, but I have health concerns (bad leg) that prevent me from being limited on the space I sleep in. But if I have all the space I need, I wouldn't mind being cinched around the neck all night. I could forsee being made to sleep in a reclining chair, secured to it all night with some sort of fail-safe so I could go to the bathroom or get up to go to work without disturbing anyone.

Ditto to this - although there are times Master has me sleep in ankle and wrist cuffs but not bound to anything but Him. mmmmmm.
