As long as we're on the subject... Master had my nipples pierced 2 years ago. We loved it! Then I had hurt my back and neck and had to go through a series of MRI's andx-rays 'n such over a period of a couple of weeks. I foolishly removed the barbells ahead of time, and when all of the medical procedures were done, found I couldn't get the barbells back in. After this we left on vacation for 2 weeks. By the time we returned our schedules made it physically impossible to get back to the piercing parlor in time to save them.... so i regretfully let them go. I begged Master to repierce me, so for my last birthday (July) he took me back to the piercing parlor and had them redone, this time with rings. First of all, the second time around hurt EVEN MORE than the first time (although I didn't think that was possible!). The piercer said it was probably due to scar tissue. From the moment she pierced me, my nipples hurt SOOOO BAD. The left one never healed correctly and Master finally had to remove the ring. The right one, while doing "ok", is hyper sensitive and still needs routine cleaning/care with the sea salts, etc. WTF? Anybody have a clue? It makes me sad that I had to give one up, and it makes me just as sad to have one left that in all honesty, can't be played with because of the hypersensitivity. I LOVE the way it looks, but I don't know what I can or should do. ~anna
