I and My husband do real time training and online training now for many years We train subs/ slaves and Masters/ Mistress I am currently creating a true to life Manual for both that will hopefully eliminate isconceptions and dangerous situations for those inexperienced in the lifestyle

On a similar note. . .I am willing to give advice on FOREX for those that partake. I don't guarantee positive results, (I base my decisions *purely* on rumor and speculation. . .and I generally just follow what the Japanese do) but I figure I'd just thow it out there.

I *might* publish my methods at a later time and date.

I have to question your motives and would appreciate clarification of them. Are you saying you're going to be active in the message boards? Your best way of doing that is to just jump in and start responding to posts already made. This is a well established board with a lot of experienced Dominants and submissives on it. With you being new, and no one knowing you or if they like/agree with your opinions, I can't see people posting questions specifically to you. Responding to posts or creating a new post is the way to get known and respected. (or known and judged a pain in the ass.. I'm pretty sure I fit in the pain in the ass category to many *smiles*)

I'm sad to say your post struck me as a bit of an advertisement for someone selling information. I hope this is a misconception on my part. This board contains more information than any BDSM book I've seen. All someone needs to do is search a topic and have a wealth of information at their fingertips. If they do not find their topic, a simple post will bring a lot of replies, most of them well thought out and relevant.

Actually no - not the same. Not at least where Physics is the subject.

Speed: The rate or a measure of the rate of motion, especially:
Distance traveled divided by the time of travel. The limit of this quotient as the time of travel becomes vanishingly small; the first derivative of distance with respect to time.
The magnitude of a velocity. Swiftness of action.
The act of moving rapidly. The state of being in rapid motion; rapidity.

Slang. A stimulant drug, especially amphetamine or methamphetamine. And very different if this slang version is used.

Versus

Velocity: A vector quantity whose magnitude is a body's speed and whose direction is the body's direction of motion.

The rate of speed of action or occurrence.

If we are going to use terms of physics, the units for velocity and speed are identical. i.e. m/s, mph, f/s etc.

Yes I can see that, but under the 'slang' definition. You could throw an amphetamine across the room and measure the velocity of speed. I don't believe it's possible to measure the speed of velocity.

From the barren recesses of my brain where long days spent in physics lectures & labs, I seem to recall: Velocity = Acceleration x Time (On earth acceleration is constant, 9.81) Simplifying the formula to: V=9.81xTime

Just a quick passing thought.

Actually, velocity is dx/dt

If you want velocity, you have to take the derivative of a distance function with relation to time.

*OR*

Integrate the acceleration function with relation to time.

That is only for the y component of a projectile motion or free fall. Your car doesn't accelerate at 9.8 m/(s^2) nor do you accelerate at that rate when you run or walk.
