Tearanny -> Seeking to Trade... (10/2/2006 3:05:07 PM)

I am seeking builders and laborers for My dungeon…
I have a nice large area that needs work, I need equiptment built and labor completed.

I recently had a submissive volunteer to aid Me in My building, only to STEAL the building supplies that I provided the little maggot with. I had met with him and his female domme to insure their intentions. I spoke with them both face to face on two seperate occasions and then after all of this niether he nor she will return calls or emails.

I do however know where he works as a correctional, and do have VERY incriminating photos of him.
I am unsure as to how to progress with this…My evil side, of course, desires retribution. (laughing) While My human side would Never wish to out someone in this way. ((sighs)) Damn ethics and morals.

Due to this "thief" stealing My purchased supplies My dungeon building has been VERY hampered financially and physically.

I require aid at this point and do hope a few good builders and/or submissives will step up to My aid.
I do look forward to speaking with you…and know you will be REWARDED for your help and donations! ((smiles))

Should advertisement be requested by someone who has a business building, I will gladly poster My site with your equiptment photos, Me playing with subs on said equiptment and direct links to your page where you are welcome to use said photos are advertisement as well.

I would also enjoy speaking with an attorney in NC to aid Me in legally pressing charges against this thief. I do still have all of the receipts for the purchases. I know all info I must to press...
Thank you in Advance!!!

It is no different than any other building code Hon. Make sure you had a contract - get copies of cashed checks with his/her signature; and file a small claims. If he is a legitimate builder - also contact the BBB and file a claim.
As far as your dungeon - make sure no cash changes hands . If they want to leave a 'gift' for your education, Christmas, etc.. - that is acceptable in most jurisdictions. No set fees - otherwise if you advertise - it is only a matter of time before Big Brother comes knocking.

If you meant   ...where he works as a correctional officer.   Letting his boss know that you intend to file charges can affect his job. [:)]   They may encourage him to return or pay for the things he took. [;)]

I didn't have a legal contract...My lack of experience has proven to be a serious downfall. However, I do have the reciepts. Could I go to the police or should I go straight to small claims court?

As far as that goes...I request a gift; sweat or fiscal. I am Not a fan of big brother! (laugh)

Thanks Much Rocker! ((smiles))

Ack, I left that out didn't I! I am Not used to being a victim...I suppose I pretty much suck at it! (laugh)[:)]

I didnt realize that, but I do know where he works, have the number and I will pursue that option so long as it is not illegal.

Dear Tearanny, Ladies and Gentlemen;

Perhaps you may consider making contact with those who will be putting on "BR" convention, the first weekend in December '06, who are in charge of 'dungeon and or dungeon equipment.'

In the past, they pull in so many crosses, racks, bondage equipment as to fill a hotel's garage converted into one massive dungeon space.  They do make extras, as to have plenty for the crowd.  Unfortunately, when the convention is over with; these pieces have no where to go.
The web site is www.br.org

In addition, may I have you consider those individuals who may be moving in the area, southern Virginia as a possible source as well.  Perhaps putting your needs in groups near Richmond, VA; Tidewater VA as well as to put your needs into the Gay Leather Community as well, it may give you more avenues to explore in getting used but sound furniture.

Master FireMaam, who is on this forum is an extremely delightful person, to whom may have resources to aid you in your quest as well.
She has my confidence in giving advice and or help.

Respectfully submitted for consideration,
Lady Hugs

Thanks soo very much for all of the information...I really feel as if I am part of a REAL lifestyle family here vs being attacked for asking for help as I was on bondage.com.

Love the family feel! ((smiles))

If you can give me some specifics as to what you need, I may be able to help out. Also, which part of N.C., I don't need have to have the city, just the general area to get an idea as to how far away you are. I am just n.e. of Atlanta. But I might still be able to do something for you. [email protected]
