Status: offline 		Okay, this is ridiculously embarassing but I need to ask someone...

Last night, I engaged in a play session with a Dom (yes from CM!).  The end result was a nice bout of anal.  The problem is, I think he hurt me.  I don't know if I should be concerned or not.  Or, if I should mention it to Him.  If a slight bit of tearing was involved, how long does it take to heal?  Should I be concerned?  How long should I wait to try again?  Should I try again? 

Thanks for any insight I might be able to get.

Status: offline 		Not much detail here. Define tearing...internally? externally? There's a very thin barrier between internal vaginal and the digestive tract, which can lead to serious infections, scarring etc.  If you're worried. See a doc. Better safe than sorry.

Status: offline 		I am not a doctor. Your doctor can give you more authoritative information.

My understanding is that minor tearing is common. I haven't had much, but I go extremely slow, use tons of lube, and don't much care for pain there. It just scares me in a bad way. And I've been working my tolerance up for years.

If toilet paper shows pinkish, you're probably ok and it will probably heal itself in a few days.

If you get bright red or if you had sharp pain during the act, you should probably watch closely. Peritonitis usually has some clear warning signs and if untreated, can kill. But more often, you'll get sick enough to need an emergency room before that happens.

Aside from OTC pain killers, like asprin or ibuprofin, I can't guess what would help. And personally, I'd be reluctant to take them for fear that I might miss an important sensation signal.

But again, I am not a doctor.

I hope I don't over step here ... but hunny
if your worried .. and it was a good time
perhaps talking to him will help ...
my first time out ... my first real meeting ...
ended up with me bleeding for 3 days before i finally went to the doctor
and it wasn't good ... it took over 8 weeks for me to heal
but i was told if i went right away it would have been faster ...
the doctor explained to me that there should never really be that pain
there that ... blood is a first sign to stop  ...
i agree if its just a pink tinge ... or not everytime you go
you will mostlikely be ok ...
 
may i ask you a question ??
did he check up with you the next day ... or have you spoken
about this with him ? if things went well and all ...

Status: offline 		Good for Him, He has my respect for His concern.  Perhaps the preparation was not quite up to what it should be and He can work on that.  Also preparation H can help a bit with the after effects even if it is just a small external tear.

Status: offline 		GO see a doctor /or  ER .  Some potential issues include:  vaginal- rectal fistual(a hole between the vaginal wall and the bowels) is not a good thing to have..nor are hemorrhoids, nor are weakened rectal muscles.   As Noir said , peritonitis can be fatal...it is not much different than a burst appendix. Not to mention feces in the blood stream from the tear.
Not to be all doom and gloom...but the anus is designed for outgoing mail.  It is essential to use prudence and safety when inserting male. Then again...it isn't too many insertors who bear the aftermath of their insertions. 
Aspirin products prolong bleeding times...just as a reminder.

Status: offline 		After reading alot of posts I haven't seen anything on self play.  Self play allows you to explore your boundries and just how far you can push yourself.  Perhaps a play date with yourself can help.  I find it easier for me to relax and have a better time with my boy when I do this.  Also, approach and retreat has helped alot.  Getting me to orgasam then placing a finger on the outside of the anus.  Then if I loose the orgasam he gets to get me there again till that is a non event and I can orgasam.  I still haven't gotten to the we can go directly there sort of thing but I haven't torn or bleed yet.  Also try being on top and you do the working it in and your dom can help with stimulation of nipples, clit and petting

First of all I am glad He checked on you.Second you should talk to a Doc.

From experience I can tell you the following:
This area can be easily infected by tears/rips/scratches.
If you have a tear I would not put Prep H on it,an antibiotic ointment would be more beneficial.If you have pain they have pain relievers in some ointments.
Another thing you can do is a sitz bath,like after you get an Episiotomy during childbearth.Ibuprophen is good for swelling and as a pain reliever also.
Wait until it is completely healed again you can get a very serious infection
from bacteria in your stool.
I see no reason to not do it as long as your careful.
I would recommend lots of play with that area first and use plenty of lube.
Wear gloves if using fingers to avoid any fingernail scratches.


That isnt embarassing anal...embarssing anal involves involuntary squirting....

Status: offline 		Along with the other good advice you have already received go to the drug store and buy some stool softner it will keep you from straining when you have a bowel movement and let the area heal without more tearing.
