is it normal  to  increase  heartbeat  during punishment ?  if  yes why it happens ? due to excitement  or  fear ?

Yes.  Biochemically, the body is responding  to whatever's happening, and yes, it could be fear, pain management and/or excitement, depending on what the situation is.

It's just the way your body responds to a need for increased blood flow to make certian areas more or less sensitive... natrual response.
