If others mistakenly addressed my dom daddy as something that was ours only I and he have the dynamic where I can say something if I wish. Politely of course. I would say, no harm no fowl since you didn't know but that title is mine alone for him, nobody else gets to adress him with it.

Being a Gorean's slave makes me the odd person out but I would expect other subs or slaves to address him as Master/Sir. It is odd how in one culture what is considered polite and good manners can be viewed as threatening and offensive in a different culture.

actually that is not so odd. referring to Men as Sir or Master (followed by name) is considered respectful and normal in the circles we frequent. this is how i refer to other Dominants and it is how other submissives usually refer to my Master. however "Daddy" is something that only i (and his unmentionable) may call him, as it only applies to us. and for another to use that title would be offensive.
