Every definition of "artist" I can find involves creation of art, in which case the first person is an artist and the second is not, though he previously was.

As for the topic of this thread, well, I have known plenty of sexual slaves, many of them purely so and not slaves in any other way. If that's what they and their Masters want, it's their business and nobody else's.
