You know, I can understand the desire to be accepting of the odd habits of other people, especially in this lifestyle, but there IS such a thing as being too tolerant. Hopping into random cars and giving random blowjobs is an EXCELLENT way to place yourself in an unsafe situation.

So what is the answer? I wish people would not be so negative about another's kink. After all, there may be worse things in life than a venereal disease. How many people get AIDS from blowjobs? Does anybody REALLY know? Is a blowjob more risky than missionary style genital sex? I propose that every sex act takes some kind of risk. So the question is how much risk is too much? I personally think that a condom is probably the right thing to wear to a faceless headjob. But that is just my opinion.
We should not be so critical of other people's kinks. That is all I have to say.

You seem well aware of the risks, so I say go for it. The only thing I would suggest is that you get yourself checked for STD’s regularly.

You also might want to let your partners know this is something you do fairly often, so they have an idea what sort of risk they are taking. Though this last part might not be necessary if they are willing to get head from a stranger.
