This is what is known as a non sequiter. It has absolutely nothing to do with the thread in question. However, since it means so much to you, I will concede that illegal immigrants cannot vote or own firearms. Since they cannot own firearms, I tend to be fairly dubious at the likelihood that the invasion you spoke about will actually go all that well for them. But that is just me and I could be wrong. Sorry, but I hardly think the influx of illegal immigrants qualifies as an INVASION as invisioned by the framers of the Constitution...I could be wrong, but I seriously doubt it. An invasion is what we whites did to the aboriginal population of the Americas, or what the US did to Iraq...you know, guns, tanks, bombs, etc.....

There are too many of them to take to court. An ammendment needs to be made to save our job market. Police officers need to approach anyone who might be an immigrant and ask to see their paperwork. If they can't provide it, they are shipped back. No wonder why so many of them end up staying here. The court can't afford to try them all. Our own constitution is ruining our job market.

No...you won't need anything like that. Its a matter of paperwork and proof of citizenship when you apply for a job, apply for a bank loan..etc. It needs to be ENFORCED...nothing more. Things you are asked everyday. If you are found out to be illegal...we send you back. No delay.

Good point, but something needs to be done. There are too many job shortages. Those who keep their jobs are being forced to take pay cuts to avoid being replaced. Meanwhile, the cost of living isn't going down along with these wage cuts. The US is headed for disaster........it's going to get even worse.........unless something is done.

It's an invasion because it is causing many to become unemployed, and unable to find another job..........unless they want to work fast food and get their heat shut off in the middle of winter. Immigrants coming to a country in a large enough amount to cause job shortages is an invasion.

The government wants the american people to be unemployed, starving, and homeless. It's the only reason I can think of for importing that many legal immigrants to an economy that's already suffering job shortages.

ATT lays off 15000 computer support jobs in the US and offshores them to Mumbai and it does not bother you in the slightest. For me, I want to get the most effect out of my efforts. This country can't absorb them all. It can't afford it #1. The politicians and corporatists created this crisis. I guarantee you they are going to offer their "solution" by simply calling for a "North American Union" Merging Mexico, Canada and the USA together with...one currency...one police force...one government. Just like they are starting over in Europe with the "European Union"
