I also suffer from extreme uncontrolble premature ejaculation and have found nothing to have worked, i usually ejacualte within a few strokes with either penetration or masturbation It sucks

A note about condoms... I read that someone mentioned using two condoms. For masturbation that's all well and good. For sex it's a big no-no. Two condoms increases the friction on both condoms and can cause both to tear.

He's 21...he's going to pop off fairly fast, I'd hardly call that abnormal. All the other stuff you're doing is probably adding stimulation, which won't help. Like someone said upthread, have him masturbate first, or have sex with him and let him come, and then start up again 2 minutes later. He can probably come multiple times within a hour at that age. If he thrusts too fast once he's inside you the second time, have him wear a pair of panties or something that you can grab onto so that you can slow his pace down a bit. Grabbing his balls and squeezing should work as well.

Something worth considering, is that if there is 'premature ' (I hate that word, so I'll just say 'quick') ejaculations, especially in a younger man, there's most definately the possibility of a second, third, ,or fourth time around. Creeping up on thirty, I can't even imagine having sex for only about five minutes.... if I came that fast, I would just recharge and go again ten minutes later. Stephan

I have tried the two condom approach althoguh this didnt work as i ejaculated whilst putting on the first. I find with a mild amount of alcohol i can last long , around 5 to 6 strokes. And find pulling down on the balls does not achieve anything

Actually, and this isn't going to be helpfull at all lol. Over exposing them to sex probably won't make them not come any sooner. A year or two ago when my mate was just 25 he;d last and last and last, and still be hard after cuming, now at 26 and 3 years into a relationship 5 mins and we're done
