I have a room available approximately one hour drive from Philly. Rent with all utilities and membership in the house dungeon is $700/month, house privledges, utilities included, easy parking, beautiful country area, but still only 20 minutes from Wilmington, and less than an hour to Philly.
Features: Private Room, 9X13 with closet, furnished available. Shared bath with 1 person. Beautifully furnished and decorated home. 9 foot celings, hard wood floors on main floor. Bedroom is Upstairs and Shares only one wall.
My requirements:
Non-smoker, no drugs, submissive or unowned slave preferred. Can exchange domination sessions for housework (only available to roommates 4:1 ratio of hours, for every four hours of house work, I will grant you one hour of playtime)
Some dungeon privledges could be included, professional use thereof can be negotiated.
