Pretty obvious youre just trolling...

(Tanks and bazookas are fine too, right?)

Works better if youre a little more subtle

Look up pop warner. Cheating made the game what it is today. Honestly not trolling. You want a game with structure and rules, you need to find out what can be tolerated.

Brady Suspension Upheld

Brady having his cell phone destroyed failed to impress Goodell:

quote:

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has upheld Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension for violating the league's policy on integrity of the game, the league announced Tuesday.

The full final decision from Goodell can be read here, although it doesn't necessarily end this saga. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Tuesday that Brady will sue, and NFL Media's Albert Breer added, per a union source, that the he has given the NFL Players Association the go-ahead to file in federal court. Brady's camp will seek an injunction on this suspension to try to keep Brady on the field.

Goodell indicated that Brady's destruction of evidence was a factor in upholding the suspension.

"The most significant new information that emerged in connection with the appeal was evidence that on or about March 6, 2015 -- the very day that he was interviewed by Mr. Wells and his investigated team -- Mr. Brady instructed his assistant to destroy the cellphone that he had been using since early 2014, a period that included that AFC Championship game and the initial weeks of the subsequent investigation," Goodell wrote in the final decision on the appeal.

"During the four months that the cell phone was in use, Brady had exchanged nearly 10,000 text messages, none of which can now be retrieved from that device. The destruction of the cell phone was not disclosed until June 18, almost four months after the investigators had first sought electronic information from Brady."

...

Now on to court?

Go Broncos!!!!

Now that Packers are done, GO CARDINALS. I'm sick of Cam Newton's sideline antics.

DarkSteven -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (1/18/2016 1:20:03 PM)

The Patriots have never done well in Denver. They rely on Brady, and he overthrows in Denver's thin air. Here's hoping for a Denver victory. Or two.

peppermint -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (1/18/2016 1:36:36 PM)

I lived for 27 years in Pittsburgh. Then I lived for 27 years just north of Seattle. With both teams in the playoffs one of them should have come through for me. But no...I'm teamless for the Super Bowl.

DocStrange -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (1/18/2016 3:23:55 PM)

I feel for you peppermint. My home team was the Bengals. I am tired of them losing every playoff game. So I adopted the Manning and the Broncos!

I was just saying to Gary last weekend that I can't picture any quarterback for Denver except Elway. There have been times in years past when I've really liked a certain player even though he didn't play for my teams. Then I was able to cheer for that player's team.

Go Broncos!!!!!

Hillwilliam -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (1/26/2016 3:45:31 PM)

Either the Broncos need their A game or the Panthers need to play one of their famous "One half games" for the bronks to win.

DocStrange -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (1/27/2016 1:40:05 PM)

I am just happy New England could not advance. Hard to deflate those balls in in Denver :)

DocStrange -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (2/4/2016 3:33:53 PM)

Three days to the Superbowl. Will the Panthers win or will the Broncos be victorious?

DocStrange -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (2/6/2016 11:51:40 AM)

Superbowl 50 is a little more the 24 hours away. I can hardly wait to see the game, commercials and the halftime show. But most of all, I am going to love the food I am going to cook! I can smell the steaks on the grill now :)

DocStrange -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (2/8/2016 3:13:32 PM)

Sweet Victory! Way to go Denver. The stunned look on Cam Newton's face was priceless throughout the game. Congratulations to Payton Manning and the Broncos.

Ravens bumped out of the Playoffs. Somewhere, Katylied is smiling.

SB looks to be between NE Patriots and DAL Cowboys

I can promise you that this will not be the Jets' year.
And I doubt next year either.

If you really want to feel sorry for yourself, try being a Lions fan. [:(]

ManInTheBox -> RE: NFL Sob (or Brag) Thread (8/13/2017 1:54:44 AM)

There are plenty of fan bases that are much more accustomed to feeling sorry for themselves than Lions fans do. What about the dozens and dozens of Browns fans?
