Well, of course it was bound to happen, the result of the hysterical claims against second hand smoke. It seems that people in Omaha are being encouraged to call 911 when they observe anyone in violation of the city's strict smoking ban. I feel bad for the next woman who is being raped, and calls 911 for help and gets a busy signal. And just in case anyone is interested in the truth about second hand smoke, here is an interesting link.
