Greetings fellow travelers...

My wife and I have ran into a little problem and I would love some insight from you on it. After having our son she gained a little weight that hasn't come off. This doesn't bother me in the least (in fact I have a preference for bigger women) but it seems to have become a hang up for her. Our sex life is great, vanilla as well as when we play with our slave. But she has told me she just doesn't feel sexy sometimes. So my question to you is what are the things that make you FEEL sexy. Maybe you'll come up with one we haven't yet. Thank you for your time.

There are a multitude of things you can do that can help. Without knowing what you have done and what has worked for her in the past I would be shooting in the dark to begin suggesting. I can only speak from personal experience. Physical activity, a spa day that includes a massage, new hairdo, new clothes, but most of all..........being told and shown, with sincerity.

A day at the spa, a massage, flowers, a romantic dinner for two. Maybe taking some erotic photos and when you show them to her, TELL her just how sexy she is to you and why. If the weight really bothers her perhaps a gym membership? or perhaps you two could take a yoga class together. Thats what my sub and I do, we really find it not only healthy but a bonding experience.

What makes me feel sexy is having everything done in my house without complaint so that I can RELAX.


It's hard to feel sexy if you can't relax.

I like to be distracted by other sensations....candlelight, the look and smell of leather wear, and a glass of wine.  Though many in the lifestyle shun the use of alcohol.  Also, getting the arousal level cranked up to 10 before doffing the clothing will make just about any woman forget her body image issues.  Lust is your friend.[;)]

You know what makes me feel sexy.. Getting Dressed up.. especially in a leather corset.. and having my hair done..getting my nails and feet done.. and then being treated like the Lady I am

I agree with Lashra and LT... if you SHOW her, each and every day, and tell her how sexy and beautiful she is to you, and mean every word of it, eventually she can't help but believe you. [:)]

Many thanks for the replies. As I said we have a wonderful marriage and a great sex life vanilla or otherwise, and I'm not really looking for things that I could do to make her feel XYZ. We already do those things for one another. I was just wondering what individual things make you as a woman feel sexy. (The spa and hair and nails things always make us laugh, we own a salon. LOL)

Only she can work on her self-image which it seems you think is making her feel less sexy.

We live in a world with very unhealthy ideals for women's bodies (in my very strong opinion) and so she can't help but feel some of these things when she looks in a mirror or puts on her clothes.

All you can do is say you love you, she's sexy, and to respond when she approaches you. The rest sadly must be up to her.

A mantra might help when she's feeling bad. Mine was: I am a strong, intelligent, sexy, and powerful woman.

I agree with TammyJo if I'm relaxed sexy comes very easy. If I have to worry about shit and keep repeating myself then sex is the last thing on my mind.

I don't think any one thing makes me feel sexy as I just often do. In the end, I guess I would have to say - My hair freshly dyed, my lips and eyes done just right and knowing that no matter where I go, I will be the sexiest thing in the place because i have the one thing that makes a woman sexy above all else:

Look at her like she's the most gorgeous woman on earth, especially when she's naked.  Compliment her specific choices of clothing.  Buy her a new outfit that complements her figure, or arrange a facial or manicure.

I've always liked provocative displays of affection in public - Yanno.....take here lingerie shopping, ask her to model the lingerie for you, then grab her and tell her you wanna go get busy is the dressing room {Make sure the girl at the register is busy with another customer}.

I would have to agree with LadyOunce.  When I forget about life's details, pay attention to myself and STRUT with confidence, the amount of heads that turn are amazing. That reaction makes me feel sexy.

Theres nothing quite like going somewhere dressed to the nines... knowing you look good, and having your partner menton how many looks your getting.  Even when I know I look good, theres always some added thrill to having Angel tell me other guys are looking at me.  He gets a little spring in his step too, knowing they look at me, and then see who im with. That confidence AND the fact that the person with me enjoys being even slightly envied for the company he keeps does wonders.  Next time you two go out together, make sure she knows others think she loks as good as you think she looks.
