I don't receive oral during my period, but my boy and I have sex during it the whole time. The first time we did, I was a bit squicked, but I love it now, not because it's my time of the month, but because I don't have to stop having sex. I don't have heavy periods either, though. TammyJo, I know you have your reasons for disliking tampons, but I find that they work very well as long as you have the right level for your flow at the time. When you don't it's like if you used a pantyliner on the first day of your flow - of course it will leak. I used to be nervous about using tampons, but when I switched I would never want to go back - I don't have to feel the fluid pressed against my girl bits. For whatever reason I've always found that when I wear a pad, the fluid in the pad made my outer labia ache like the way your scalp feels if your ponytail is too tight. To each their own, but I thought I'd present another POV. Hrm, I don't know if that came across the way I intended - I'm not suggesting you should try tampons, but addressing your comment about them not working. I do not understand the reasoning behind clumsy attempts to intellectualize acts or actions that bring us to a state of euphoric ecstasy or justifying the deprive ourselves of those raptures by cloaking them in the shroud of a menstrual cycle.

that is just pure nasty. I don't care what anyone says. and if a sub or slaves gives her that while she is bleeding he is just as nasty as she is. thre are other things that can be done while she is on her cycle other than oral while on her cycle. Well then ... don't hold back your feelings or anything - or use any tact, for that matter. In my opinion, it's no worse or better than any number of other fetishes that people have - including, but not limited to, ass play (even just rimming ... scat carries far more in the way of bacteria than menstrual flow), golden showers (more likely to have a uti than a vag inspection), etc. It's not my thing, as I don't like the vampire look (blood smeared on the face - which, with my flow, is definitely what would happen) - but I'm not against it either. I give a boy one warning that I'm ragging, and if he wishes to continue, I'm not going to argue.

Obviously this is a high risk activity in terms of transmission of viruses such as HIV, Hep B. Indeed depending on how much blood there is, I wonder whether this activity is LESS safe than unprotected vaginal intercourse from the males viewpoint given that female to male transmission of HIV during intercourse is relatively inefficient.In terms of it being somehow "dirty" or "unclean" there is NO rationale that makes it any LESS clean than any other blood. If a sub had posted how he got excited licking a cut his mistess had gotten we might think it a little wierd but I doubt we would hear "disgusting" to the same extent. I would argue that religious or cultural indocrination is the only reason why this inspires such an "ewww" reaction.

And FYI: urine is sterile unless infected whereas there are always some bacteria living in the vagina (kinda like there are on skin). However the NORMAL bacteria in the vagina, like the normal bacteria on the skin, are NOT likely to give an infection when in contact with a mouth or lips.

It was something that had always grossed me out. Something I had always counted as a "limit". When my relationship with Mistress moved to a collar, slavery, and my final consent to give up my limits to her, Mistress begain training me in that capacity. quick reply change "vag inspections" to "vag infections" for those who aren't swift enough to make the change themselves [sm=rolleyes.gif]... I was tired - switching to night shift sucks. And for the record - I'm well aware that urine is sterile ... however, from past experience, UTIs are still more common than vaginal infections - and this is personal experience and experience as a nurse working in a clinic (with plenty of both ... work in a jail for awhile and you'll see EVERYTHING). And as you said, the normal flora and fauna that live in the female genitals are not likely to cause any kind of infection in/on the skin/lips/mouth. So, despite the fact that you mocked my relatively minor typo, and tried to make me look stupid - you suported my theory ... so thanks.
