The only place in C'ville that sells the like is Ultimate Bliss, located just off US-29. It's on the north end of town, on the road by KFC.
That was the good news, now for the bad. The only fetish stuff they have is the mass market, bllister pack stuff, save for a few of the 'four dollar flea market floggers'. The store caters by far and most to the vanilla crowd. I will state that they carry the Sportsheet brand stuff, which is ok for mass market stuff I guess.
If you're investing the drive time specifically for toy purchases, you might do better to hit DC.
I do know a leather worker in nearby Waynesboro that does great work, all hand stitched custom stuff. If you send me email trough collarme, I'll get you in touch with him if you so desire.
