plaster will take entirely to long to set up, and removing it is not the easiest.
you would be better off with some silicone RTV rubber and ultra fast catalyst.
www.siliconesinc.com or www.plastictoolingsupply.com Get some GI-1000 and the ultra fast catalyst in a quart container. Find a good sized cardboard tube that your cock will fit in and still have about a 1/2 inch all the way around inside and that will be the "SHELL" for your mold.
Put a latex glove over the end of it (or tape) so that there is a flat end to the tube and make sure the tube is about 3 inches longer than your penis. Mix up 1.2 the volume of the silicone you will need for the tube ( it will be displaced). Mix it according to the weight ratio as described in the instructions, but then just add a bit more catalyst to help it set off in less than 10 minutes. Get a stiffy, and rub just a bit of some Vasoline on it ( DON"T STROKE IT !....lol)so as to be a "barier" layer between the silicone and your skin, WARNING: SOMEPEOPLE CAN HAVE SKIN IRRITATION WITH SILICONE RUBBER COMPOUNDS IN TEH RAW FORM.. PLEASE TEST IT ON YOUR SKIN FIRST TO SEE IF YOU GET A RASH...... Pour 1/2 the volume of the silicone in the tube, and then slide your schlong on inside. You may need to shave (or closely trim) your parts first..... silicone WILL PULL HAIR ! lol.
If you have a bit toomuch silicone in the tube, it will squish out, and you can just wipe it up with papertowels. DO NOT DO THIS IN A ROOM WITH CARPETING !.... lol your wife/landlord/ roommate may kill you later if you do drip and "mess" on the rug so be sure to put down some cardboard (don't ask.... I have used silicone moulding for a LOT of projects in the past).
after about 10 minutes, your silicone should be hardened and you can remove your cock. best bet is to just let it loose bloodflow by itself as your mold will be better detailed ( within a thousandth of an inch in detail)... nearly an EXACT replica but in reverse.
once the mold has cured ( about 2 hours later) put a cut down the side of it on ONE HALF with a very sharp razorknife so that you can have a way to "pry" out a casting once you make one.
LEAVE THE CARDBOARD TUBE ATTACHED ! it is your structure support.
with the rest of the silicone in the quart, you will also have a small BLUE BOTTLE of loquid hardner. add all of it to the rest of the can, and useing a rubber spatula, mix it slowly so as to not whip air into the rubber as best as possible. You will have plenty of working time with this as it will not cure for at least 6 hours . Rubb all the inside of the cock mold with some vasoline.... a good amount, but not so heavy as to ruin the detail, and then remove the excess vasoline. This will be a "barrier" so the silicone will not stick to itself....... (no one wants a big round solid tube of rubber). Wrap a few rubber bands around the mold to keep it from "leaking", and to hold shape. Pour in 1/2 the silicone and roll it around the tube mold. This will coat the surfaces and then allow it to slump to the bottom, and then fill it the rest of the way. Set this somewhere that it wont tip over, and come back 2 days later, remove your prize !
Wash it off well, and with any luck, you have a nice "BUDDY DOM" for when you are tired LOL.
