Why would you want to change her mind?

Basically the way you change any persons mind is communication and if they feel there isn't a need to change they won't.

Try changing your mind first.

Expecting or demaning change in another person is unfair and unlikely to happen, since change is hard. If they don't already think like you do or want what you want, you have two choices: you can accept how they feel or you can bang your head against the wall, constantly wondering if they'll change their minds.

And, let's assume that they DO change their minds...then, there's a good chance that you will continually wonder/doubt if that's how they REALLY feel or you'll be totally shocked when they decide that they really don't feel that way after all.

It can be crappy when someone you want doesn't reciprocate...but, in the end, they have the right to choose as they see fit. Trying to change that can be seen as a sign of disrespect.
